Returns and Exchanges

If the shoes are unworn and in resellable condition, you have up to 30 days to return them.
We allow 1 free size exchange (with a $7 handling fee).

It will walk you through the process and the return shipping label will be sent to your email.

(For Exchanges: *When you bring the shoes to the post office ... please make sure that they scan them in, as sometimes they do not. Once the shoes are scanned in, it will trigger your exchange so you don't have to wait for them to get back to the warehouse).
