The Women's Sorai Chukka is a boot that not only looks good, but does good. For every pair of boots sold, a portion of the profits go to the anti-poaching unit to save rhinos. This boot is also handmade in South Africa and is made from high-performance technical leather that repels water. Not to mention, it is also ultra-comfy. So you can feel good knowing that you look good AND are helping to raise awareness for the conservation of rhinos.
Profits made on the SORAI VELDSKOEN will be donated to the Kariega Reserve Foundation’s ‘Walk With Us’ campaign to maintain their Anti-Poaching Unit (APU).
The Kariega Foundation’s main source of funding is a levy paid by Kariega Game Reserve safari guests, due to the international travel COVID-19 travel restrictions the funds have stopped. Every pair of SORAI Veldskoen purchased, contributes to the protection of Rhino at Kariega Reserve.
“On the ground, every day is a battle, a race against time by the teams of dedicated specialists who rescue, rehabilitate, and release these rhinos back into the wild." - Kevin Pietersen. The time for change is now, and change is possible.

394 rhinos were poached for their horn in South Africa during 2020, marking the sixth consecutive year showing a decline in poaching. In 2019, 594 rhinos were poached for their horn in South Africa, according to South Africa’s Department of the Environment, Forestry, and Fisheries. Encouraging news. However, we won't stop till we reach zero.

Upon opening the box I was wowed! Beautiful was my first thought. I ordered my normal size, and they were, like a well made leather boot will be at first. By the end of the day I was in love! I WILL be ordering more. Now these are the first I reach for everyday when doing my errands and affairs. These are true craftsmanship in a boot.
Hi Wendy,
Thank you for your great review of our Sorai Chukka! We're so happy to hear that you love them as much as we do. We totally agree that they are a true craftsmanship in a boot and we're gratified that you feel the same way. Thank you for choosing to wear our product and please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
This is my favorite of my 5 pairs of Veldskoens!!! So comfortable and love the green!
I love my Women's Sorai Chukkas from Veldskoen. The quality is superb and the comfort is extraordinary. They are my favorite "go to" shoe for running errands. I have had many compliments from people and am so happy I found these shoes and decided to give them a try!!
I love these as much as my others. However they’re a little harder to break in but will be great once they are. I only say that so no one buys them thinking I’ll wear them on a long journey right out of the box. I love the color too!! And of course donating to Rhinos is always a plus
These are by far the coolest most beautiful shoes I have ever owed
We firmly believe that the internet should be available and accessible to anyone and are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the broadest possible audience, regardless of ability.
To fulfill this, we aim to adhere as strictly as possible to the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) at the AA level. Additionally, the website utilizes an AI-based application that runs in the background and optimizes its accessibility level constantly. This application remediates the website’s HTML, adapts its functionality and behavior for screen-readers used by blind users, and for keyboard functions used by individuals with motor impairments.
