Not much time to soften a bit for total comfort. It’s hard to believe that such a simple design could be so comfortable. Feels like my feet are getting a hug!
I’ve contacted Veldskoen three separate times to get a return label for shoes I need to return and they have not replied to any of my communications. Incredibly frustrating.
Was happy to find these boots so comfy without having to put in a drugstore orthothc. Pretty much forget they are on. Part of my backyard is zero landscape with rocks of various sizes and in these boots don’t feel them. Only thing I would like due to having a bunion is a 1/4 wider toe box. Ordered a second pair though as really love them!
Very comfortable shoes. Excellent padding on the heel. Easy to break in. I use them for everyday for work and long hikes over the weekends.
This shoe should be renamed Chukka Comfort. It is hands down the most comfortable shoe I’ve worn. I’m on my second pair, I’ve worn them in 90 degree weather and my feet were not on fire so that is another plus.
Love everything about these boots—fit, color, durability. Some reviews said they were heavy—I don’t find that to be true. A substantial boot that can be worn across seasons without socks—or with your warm woolies. I ruminated about these for a long time—so glad I made the purchase. Beautiful boots!

I absolutely love the fit of the Daisy. They are super comfortable and slide on easily And the best yet, they don't pop off my foot. Everything that I wanted in my new sandals.
Yep, I think it’s just another great shoe ! It’s gonna take me a little bit to get used to the strap between my toes. I’m just used to wearing slides. Definitely look great.
Niiiiiiice !! Another pair I’m glad I bought them. What more can you say, look great and feel great. I might have bought a half size smaller but not a big deal. These can be worn with anything.

I thought hard about them, at first I didn’t like them but I kept coming back and I’m so glad I did. Absolutely the softest, buttery leather ever, and comfortable too. Oh and they look even better in person.
Customer service was wonderful, allowing me to swap out my Chelsea order. But sorry to say that the sneaker is not that comfortable after a few months. That is just my opinion. It has a few pressure points I cannot get rid of, and that is just the chance you take when ordering online. That said, I have a pair of heritage chukkas I purchased believe 2 years ago and simply love.

Order was shipped fast. Recieved the vellies and the reason for giving it a 4 star, the vellies had some black smeer markings on them from the ink rubbing on the inside of the box on the shoe. The protective wrapping was not wrapped propperly to protect the shoe. I managed to get it lighter but not completely removed. Its not a big deal but please make sure the vellies are well packed and protected. Will definetly buy from this store again
High quality in a humble product. Good color, soft but sturdy - easy to tighten laces.
The first time I tried them on, the shoes were comfortable straight up. No break-in period needed. I have ordered another pair since!
Phenomenal shoe, I love them and will wear Veldskoen for the rest of my life, I swear. Bought two pairs for myself, one for my brother, and plan on buying more for my loved ones.
