Shipping policy

Veldskoen Shoes ships to the United States. All orders are shipped from Cape Town, South Africa via courier.

Due to the tariffs imposed on South Africa shipping items into the United States, we can no longer offer free shipping or reduced shipping rates.

United States Shipping

Economy Shipping: Economy orders typically arrive within 10-14 days and are cheaper than Express Shipping. 

Express Shipping: Need your order faster? You can choose express shipping at checkout for an additional cost. Express orders typically arrive within 3-6 days.

 

🚨 Shipping Costs & Address Changes 🚨

• If you change your delivery address mid-shipment, you will be responsible for any additional courier fees incurred.
• If you are unavailable at the delivery address, resulting in a failed delivery and requiring a second shipment, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
• If you request a delivery address change after a failed shipment, any new shipping costs will be your responsibility.
• If you decide to cancel your order after shipment, we do not reimburse shipping costs.
